Visited Mahaveer Sitara last weekend. The project looks good on paper, but I heard some horror stories about possession issues and hidden charges from a couple of current residents. Already own a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK there, but is the price jump worth all this potential drama? They’re quoting ₹3 Cr+ for a 3BHK, but actual carpet area kitna hai? Brochure mein numbers kuch aur dikhate hain. Plus, possession ke time kuch unexpected costs, like extra PLC ya maintenance deposit, yeh sab sunke darr lag raha hai. Already have a home loan, can’t afford more surprises. Neighbourhood quality, schools, markets ka kya scene hai wahan? Is it genuinely a good home daily, ya just for show? Anyone faced issues with Mahaveer Sitara’s possession experience? What did you do?
Budget finalized, but Mahaveer Sitara ke amenities ko lekar I'm super confused. Brochure mein toh sab grand lagta hai, par actual mein swimming pool aur gym kitna functional hai? Yaar, builder claims aur reality mein bahut farak hota hai na. Kya yahan daily life genuinely comfortable hai?
Since Diwali, I've been seriously looking for a flat in Bangalore, aur ab toh thak gaya hoon. It's my first property, so parents also have a lot of input. I've shortlisted two completed projects: The Posch by Royal Indraprastha and Mahaveer Sitara. Both are ready-to-move, which gives peace of mind, no under-construction delays ka tension. But price range is similar, around 2.5-3.5 Cr. My main doubt is the builder ka track record. Royal Indraprastha aur Mahaveer ka experience kaisa hai? Kya inka after-sales support sahi hai? Also, for a 5-year investment, which one do you guys think has better appreciation potential? I'm honestly not sure which one would be better long-term. Any thoughts ya experiences?
Did a site visit to Mahaveer Sitara last weekend. Fed up of renting now, landlord raised rent again, so finally taking the plunge. The project is completed which is a big relief, no construction delays tension. Price is ₹2.78-3.82 Cr, so EMI vs rent math is getting serious. I'm wondering about the actual daily living experience wahan. Amenities toh dikh rahe hain, but kitne functional hain? Swimming pool ya gym ki quality kaisi hai? Also, neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals aur grocery stores kitne paas hain? Daily convenience matters a lot for family. Aur maintenance charges kya hain monthly? Kisi ko idea hai actual figures? Not sure if it's genuinely a good home ya bas dikhne mein acha hai. Koi resident hai Mahaveer Sitara se? Please share your honest opinion.
