Has anyone seen decent capital appreciation for Mansarovar Apartments since it launched? I'm finally done with renting, landlord ne rent badha diya fir se. Thinking of putting money into a completed project in Noida Extension. Mansarovar looks good, but I'm worried about its resale potential. Kya yahan liquidity achhi hai? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad bechna pade, toh easy hoga kya? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are getting here? Brochure mein toh figures alag hote hain, real mein kya milta hai?
