Mantri Courtyard

Since January I've been shortlisting flats for myself, and honestly, even though I'm in real estate, it's tough. Marketing brochures toh sab kuch amazing dikhate hain, but I know what builders don't tell you about the actual build. Dekho, Mantri Courtyard jaise projects acche lagte hain, but is the construction quality actually solid after a year or two? Matlab, cracks, seepage issues, ya fittings ki problem aati hai kya? Amenities ki baat karein toh, promised facilities vs what's delivered, kitna difference hota hai? Gym, pool, clubhouse... ye sab daily use hote hain ya bas project launch ke time pe achha lagta hai? Maintenance charges bhi pay karte hain, but service quality uske worth it hoti hai kya? Off the record, I need to know the ground reality. Koi Mantri Courtyard resident ya similar projects se experience share kar sakta hai?

Since last year I'm tracking properties. Mantri Courtyard ka resale potential kaisa hai? Completed project hai, but kya capital appreciation expected hai? Rental yield kitna milta hai yahan?

Since the kids moved out, we're looking to downsize. Mantri Courtyard (completed) sounds good, but is it actually liveable for empty nesters? Amenities jaise elevator, security ka maintenance kaisa hai? Hospital paas hai kya? Aur society ka vibe friendly hai ya isolation feel hoga? Monthly charges kitne aate hain, anyone knows?
