GD Homes ka price thoda better hai, but Marina Suites mein amenities zyada lag rahe hain. Kids ke school admission ka tension hai, so proximity to good schools is a big deal. Marina Suites ke aas paas schools ka kya scene hai? Aur GD Homes mein society formation aur RWA kitna active hai? Don't want issues later. Meri wife ko safe environment chahiye, especially for the children. Any thoughts on the overall vibe and security in both societies? Kiska floor plan zyada practical hai, waste space kam hai?
Marina Suites Ghaziabad mein resale potential kya hai? I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. Actual rental yield kitna mil raha hai post-completion? Builder ka track record kaisa hai, especially for legal compliance and RERA? Ground reality needed for overseas investor.
