Been looking for a 3BHK upgrade since Diwali, already own a 2BHK. Maxblis White House II Noida Extension mein dekha. Builder ki construction quality pe doubt hai. Amenities dikhate hain, but resale pe kya impact agar finish achi nahi? Maintenance charges vs service, worth it hai kya? Investors, please share experience.
First property buying journey is way more confusing than I thought, especially with all the hidden costs. Noida mein Shatabdi Rail Vihar aur Maxblis White House II dekh raha hoon. Both are completed projects. Shatabdi ka price ₹63.75 L se ₹1.5 Cr tak hai, aur Maxblis ka ₹1.21 Cr se ₹1.93 Cr. My parents keep saying total cost dekho. Isme stamp duty, registration, PLC, aur interiors ka kitna add ho jaata hai, especially for these projects? Not sure if the advertised price includes everything. Also, Maxblis mein carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? Brochure mein toh sab acha dikhta hai, but actual usable space kitna milta hai? Kya kisi ko idea hai ki in projects mein RWA aur society management ka kya scene hai? Ready projects mein yeh sab check karna important hai, right? Honestly, ab samajh nahi aa raha kaunsa better hai for living. Any experiences with these societies?
Been looking at Maxblis White House II for a while now. My parents keep saying it's a good investment but I'm still feeling the pinch from the initial delays. Builder ne bola tha delivery 2021 end tak ho jayegi, but actually it stretched to mid-2022. That extra 6-7 months of EMI without rental income really hurt my ROI plans. Not sure if Maxblis ka track record generally aisa hi hai. Did anyone else face these kinds of project delivery delays with them? Kya karein aisi situations mein?
Possession for my Maxblis White House II flat was in March. I discovered a simple trick to measure the actual carpet area before final payment. It's often noticeably less than projected. Anyone else find this or have similar pre-possession checks?
Budget finalised, looking at Maxblis White House II for investment. I'm based in Dubai, can't do a site visit. Kya is project ka actual rental yield achha hai? Resale market mein kitni liquidity hai for a 5-7 year exit strategy? Also, capital appreciation ka track record kaisa raha hai since completion?
₹1.5 Cr for a 3BHK at Maxblis White House II — everyone says it's a 'done deal' for end-users. I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. But yaar, does anyone *actually* live there daily? Everyone glorifies amenities, nobody talks real society vibe ya maintenance kitna hai. Isolated hai kya? Change my mind.
I'm really fed up of renting; my landlord hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Maxblis White House II in Noida Extension is on my radar, the price range (₹1.21 Cr–₹1.93 Cr) looks doable for an end-user like me. But is it genuinely good to live in daily, or just good on paper? The amenities look great in brochures, but are they actually useful, or just for show? Like, is the gym decent, or always crowded? And how about the neighbourhood? Are good schools and markets really close by, or is it a struggle for daily essentials? Trying to figure out if the EMI vs rent math makes sense here for actual home life, not just investment. Any current residents or ex-residents have real feedback?
Guys, I'm confused between GD Apartments and Maxblis White House II in Noida. GD Apartments is ready-to-move, but Maxblis looks more modern. What do you think about the location of each? Connectivity kiske better hai? Also, anyone knows about the construction quality of Maxblis? Is it worth the higher price? GD Apartments ka resale value kaisa hai? Mujhe advice chahiye. Which one would you recommend for investment purposes? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?
I'm confused between Lotus Greens Isle and Maxblis White House II in Noida. Lotus Greens is ready-to-move, but the price is high. Maxblis is cheaper. Kya Maxblis mein construction quality achi hai? Which one has better connectivity? Investment wise, which would you recommend? Has anyone experienced living in either?
