The jump from 2BHK to 3BHK in Ghaziabad feels more complicated than just price sometimes. I'm currently in a 2BHK and planning to upgrade. Migsun Amulya (ongoing) aur Adwik Group Flora Casa (completed) dekh raha hoon. Migsun ka carpet area efficiency kaisa hai compared to Flora Casa? Kya Flora Casa ka layout space better utilize karta hai? Also, investment potential wise, 5-year appreciation ke liye which one seems better? Adwik Group ka track record kaisa raha hai delivery mein? I already have a home loan, so I want to be sure this premium is justified for a 3BHK. Koi actual experience share kar sakta hai?
Ghaziabad property options are seriously making my head spin right now. I'm a first-time buyer, trying to decide between Krishna Vatika and Migsun Amulya. Krishna Vatika is ready-to-move, which feels safer, but Migsun Amulya is under-construction and looks a bit more affordable on paper. Honestly, the ready-to-move vs under-construction gamble is stressing me out. My parents keep saying 'take ready-made', but Migsun Amulya's lower entry price is tempting. Is the risk of delay or potential quality issues with an ongoing project like Migsun Amulya worth the initial savings? What's the actual difference in total cost of ownership, including all the hidden stuff, for these two? Also, for a 5-year appreciation, which one would be a better investment? I'm not sure if the completed project has already seen its peak. What does the community think? Which would you pick?
