Hello Propmyna community, I've been doing some research on completed projects in Ghaziabad and wanted to share my perspective on Migsun Mahaluxmi Homz. This project, located in Kaushambi, is completed and offers units priced between ₹75.02 L and ₹1.24 Cr, with an average price of ₹6200 per sqft. From a lifestyle and practical livability standpoint, the location is a major plus. Being just 1.5 km from Anand Vihar bus stand and railway station, and 1.6 km from Kaushambi Metro Station, means excellent connectivity to Delhi. This significantly cuts down commute times, which is a huge benefit for daily office-goers or those frequently visiting the capital. The gated community aspect also provides a sense of security, which is always a priority for homebuyers. Given its 1-acre project area, the community spaces, while likely functional, might be more compact. For a project in this price range, one would expect a basic set of amenities like a children's play area, a small landscaped garden, and perhaps a community hall for gatherings. These facilities are crucial for fostering community interaction and providing residents with recreational options close to home. Buyers should physically check the actual club facilities and open spaces to align expectations. A point to note is the 'RERA: N/A' status. For a completed project, this requires careful investigation by potential buyers regarding legal standing and builder accountability. Overall, Migsun Mahaluxmi Homz seems to offer strong connectivity and security for residents. However, prospective buyers should thoroughly inspect the actual on-ground amenities and clarify the RERA situation to ensure it meets their lifestyle needs and provides peace of mind.
Budget finalised for an investment, but Migsun Mahaluxmi Homz (completed) has me thinking. Builder ka track record theek hai, but completed projects mein capital appreciation kitna bacha hai? Real rental yield kya expect karein? And resale market kitna liquid hai wahan? Don't want a ghost society, so investor vs end-user ratio is key.
Years of renting done. Looking at Migsun Mahaluxmi Homz. Daily living experience wahan kaisa hai? Amenities useful hain kya? Community vibe and neighbourhood connectivity, real residents please advise!
Honestly, this upgrade decision is giving me serious headaches. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Indirapuram, thinking of a 3BHK in Ghaziabad. Already have a home loan, so trying to be smart. Looking at Migsun Mahaluxmi Homz and Ajnara Enclave. Both are completed, which is good. Is Migsun's premium worth it for long-term appreciation? Not sure if Ajnara offers better rental potential or a more active RWA. Any insights on 5-year investment or society management? Thanks.
Been looking for 8 months now. Migsun Mahaluxmi Homz for a 3BHK upgrade from my 2BHK. Is the amenity quality and neighborhood genuinely good for daily living? Is that price jump justified?
