Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how much difference a few months makes. Just got possession of my 2BHK in Minerva, Pune back in March. On paper, the amenities looked amazing, but now... the clubhouse is barely functional, and the swimming pool is always 'under maintenance'. Plus, noticed some hairline cracks already. Not sure if this is normal or if I should push the builder. What's been your experience with new projects and quality after a few months?
