Okay I'll be honest — I'm really struggling with this upgrade decision. Currently in a 2BHK in Bellandur, thinking 3BHK. MJR Divine Meadows dekh raha hoon, ₹2.86 Cr se start hai. Is the actual living experience wahan genuinely good? Amenities ka kya scene hai, use hote hain ya just for show? Aur bachhon ke school-college ka proximity kaisa hai? Is this price jump worth it?

Honestly, fed up of renting. Looking at MJR Divine Meadows vs Purva Park Hill Wing A. Both ongoing. Is MJR's higher price justified for 5-year appreciation? What about actual costs?
