Mohar Luxe Towers

Mohar Luxe Towers looks impressive, but I'm honestly not sure if it's genuinely good for daily living. Kids have moved out, so we're downsizing and want something manageable with a good society feel. Is the community vibe friendly there? Also, what are the actual monthly maintenance charges? Don't want any surprises after selling our big place.
