Honestly not sure if I'm overthinking this whole upgrade thing. I'm currently in a 2BHK and looking at MRG The Balcony for a 3BHK investment. It's completed, which is good. My budget is around ₹80L. I'm trying to figure out the actual rental yield here. What kind of monthly rent can one realistically expect? Also, for a project like this, how's the resale market? Is it liquid enough to ensure a good exit strategy in 5-7 years? Don't want to get stuck.
₹78 lakh for a 2BHK at MRG The Balcony... humara budget hai. Kids ab settle ho gaye hain, so don't need a big house. Looking for something manageable, with a good society and lift. MRG The Balcony mein koi rehta hai? Kya yeh genuinely achha hai daily life ke liye, ya sirf brochures mein? Neighbourhood mein hospitals aur markets kitne accessible hain? Society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly hai ya isolated? Monthly maintenance kitna aata hai? Thoda guidance mile toh achha hoga.
MRG The Balcony looks like a decent investment, but I'm worried about actual returns. Fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Taking the plunge, eyeing investment for long-term wealth. For this completed project, what's its capital appreciation since launch? Kitna price jump hua hai? What's the real rental yield (monthly)? Pure ROI pe focus hai. Is the resale market active? Agar 5-7 saal mein exit karna pade, will buyers be easy to find? Tough due to high investor ratio? Need insights on liquidity, exit strategy. Thanks!
