Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in New Delhi. I'm torn between Sudarshan Apartments, which is ready, and Mrigank 348 31 Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Road, which is upcoming. Sudarshan ka price ₹1.15 Cr se start ho raha hai, but Mrigank mein maybe better appreciation mil jaye for 5 years, even with construction risk. I know builders ka game, but for my own flat, not sure. Is the ready-to-move premium for Sudarshan worth it, ya upcoming project ka risk lena sahi hai?
