Muskaan Apartment

₹62 lakh for a 2BHK at Muskaan Apartment, Delhi, sounds okay on paper, but I'm looking for an honest reality check. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas dikhane ka hai? Society ki amenities — gym, park, clubhouse — are they actually well-maintained and usable, or just there for brochure photos? Aur neighbourhood, schools, hospitals, markets... how close hain woh really? Kya kisi ko actual experience hai yahan rehne ka?
