Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya bas marketing hype hai? I'm worried about livability beyond the brochure. What about the apartment layouts? Carpet area efficiency kitni hai? And amenities ka reality check chahiye – pool, gym, clubhouse, are they actually useful and well-maintained? Or just for show? Community vibe bhi kaisa hai? Any current residents here who can shed some light?
