I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily check Noida projects. Nehra Lotus Avenue 2 is ready to move, but Antriksh Golf View II is completed. Kya Antriksh mein carpet area zyada hai? Is it worth the extra cost, or should I just stick with ready-to-move for peace of mind? Rental potential bhi dekhna hai.
I'm confused between Eldeco Swagatam and Nehra Lotus Avenue 2. Carpet area wise, Nehra seems better, but Eldeco ka resale value is higher, right? Has anyone compared maintenance charges? Which one is a safer bet for rental income, considering the location? Batao please!
