Noida Extension, I'm looking at Networth Pride 2. Kids are out, we're downsizing. Just need a manageable flat, good society. Everyone hypes the amenities, but for us empty nesters, how much of that club house or gym is actually useful? Or just high maintenance later? Is the society vibe genuinely good for daily living? Change my mind.
Okay I'll say what no one says about Networth Pride 2. Everyone's hyping the low price, but kya builder time pe deliver karega? Builder ka track record kaisa hai? I'm worried about investor-heavy societies turning into ghost towns. Resale value aayegi bhi ya nahi, ya phir phans jayenge? Change my mind.
My kids' school admission is next year and we desperately need a bigger place. We're currently in a 2BHK and it's getting cramped. I'm looking at Networth Pride 2 and Swaraj Homes Overseas Towers in Greater Noida. Pride 2 is ongoing, and the price range is more manageable for us, around 50L for a 3BHK. Swaraj Homes is upcoming, much pricier, but looks good on paper. I'm really worried about the builder trust factor, especially with Swaraj being an upcoming project. Has anyone had experience with them delivering on time or with promised quality? Also, for a family, carpet area efficiency is huge. Does either project offer better usable space, not just super built-up? My wife wants to avoid a 'ghost society' too; what's the investor vs end-user ratio like in these places? Any insights would be super helpful.
