Came across this video on Nirala Trio. It's for 3BHK flats in Greater Noida West. They're showing Mivan construction, G+27 towers, and possession by Dec 2027. Location-wise, it's near Noida Sec 76 Metro and good connectivity to Delhi/Ghaziabad. Looks decent, honestly.
