NS Express Avenue seems like a better deal, tbh. ATS Le Grandiose is quoting crazy rates, almost double! Is the carpet area really that much better to justify the price difference? Metro connectivity is similar for both. Plus, I'm hearing horror stories about high maintenance charges in ATS. My parents keep saying go for a 'reputed' builder, but ab samajh nahi aa raha. NS Express seems like better ROI. Disagree? Tell me why.
Just moved into NS Express Avenue last month. Everyone talks about the low price, but nobody mentions the carpet area. It's way less than advertised! RRPS01 in Greater Noida looks tempting with bigger flats, but the possession timelines are scary, right? Is the slightly higher EMI worth the extra space and peace of mind? Honestly, I'm still confused if I made the right choice. Change my mind. Or tell me your own experience?
NS Express Avenue's carpet area is better than RPS01 RRPS01. Zyada families bhi NS mein dikhti hain. RPS01 is more investment-focused, right? Which has better resale, guys?
