₹1.5 crore for a 3BHK in Oasis My Homes is a big jump for me. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and thinking of upgrading. The amenities look great on paper, but I'm really concerned about maintenance charges once I move in. Is it value for money? I've heard stories about high charges but poor service, especially with things like lift breakdown response times or security guard quality. My builder here charges a lot, but the service is okay-ish. For Oasis My Homes residents, what's the actual reality? Do you feel like you're getting your money's worth with the maintenance team? Any hidden costs or sudden hikes? Should I factor in a huge chunk for this?
Since January, I've tracked amenity ROI. Most Noida clubhouses are ghost facilities. Is this 'luxury' premium tenant attraction ya resale value worth it? Change my mind.
