New Chandigarh, Chandigarh
Possession was in March, aur Omaxe Celestia Royal mein shift hue kuch hi mahine hue hain. Honestly, kuch cheezein hain jo expected nahi thi. Water supply ka issue unexpected hai. Kabhi-kabhi tanker mangana padta hai, especially weekends pe. Builder ne toh reliable system bola tha, but it's not always true. Elevator maintenance bhi slow lag raha hai; ek lift 2 din band thi last week. Kids play area bhi bas theek hai, not well-maintained. Lagta hai bas tick-off kiya hai. Baaki residents ka kya experience hai with these cheezein? Is it just my block, ya sab jagah aisa hi hai? Maintenance charges toh time pe le lete hain, but service quality pe doubt hai. What are your thoughts on water tank capacity and elevator response in other Chandigarh projects?
Rental yields in Chandigarh are never what they promise. I'm looking at Omaxe Celestia Royal for an investment, maybe a 2BHK there. Builders quote 3-4% but my friends say it's actually closer to 2% for similar projects. What's the real ground reality for Celestia Royal specifically? Also, thinking about the exit strategy in 5-7 years. Is there a strong secondary market for Omaxe properties in Chandigarh? I'm honestly not sure if I'd find a buyer easily then, especially with so many new projects coming up. Any experiences?
₹78L for a 2BHK. Omaxe Celestia Royal ka RERA status aur builder ki compliance history kaisi hai? Investor ratio pe doubt hai, ghost society risk toh nahi?
Did a site visit to Omaxe Celestia Royal on Saturday. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 42 and thinking of upgrading for better amenities and resale value. The premium is significant for a 3BHK. I'm wondering about the actual reliability of power backup there – is it full flat or just common areas? Also, how's the water supply, any tanker dependency issues? For investors, do these things really impact tenant attraction and long-term maintenance costs, or is it just marketing? What's your experience?
Omaxe Celestia Royal mein kitne actual end-users hain? Yaar, I've seen builders inflate demand with investors, creating ghost societies. Pre-launch se ab tak pricing kitna move kiya hai, CAGR kitna nikla? Lagta hai, initial investors ne hi sara upside le liya, ab entry karne mein ROI kaafi kam lagega. Omaxe ka delivery track record bhi mixed hai, especially with larger projects. Kya yeh project just another speculative play hai jahan resale aage jaake mushkil hogi? Disagree? Tell me why.
My kids' school admission is due next year and we were counting on moving into Omaxe Celestia Royal by then. Builder ne bola tha possession 2.5 saal mein ho jayegi, but abhi tak kuch final nahi hai. Mera loan EMI bhi start ho gaya hai aur rent bhi de raha hu. Pata nahi aur kitna wait karna padega. Jin logon ko recently possession mila hai, unka experience kaisa raha? Did you face similar delays ya fir kuch hidden charges bhi aaye at the end? Also, jo amenities brochure mein dikhaaye the, woh sab functional hain ya just for show? Wife is worried about the play area for kids, is it safe for the children ya bas naam ka hai?
₹78 lakh for my 3BHK at Omaxe Celestia Royal felt okay, but now I'm seeing the actual total cost. I spent almost a year looking, rejected a couple of resale flats and some other ongoing projects because Omaxe seemed solid for long-term appreciation. Got possession two months ago, which was about 6 months later than promised. Honestly, the final payment had so many small charges nobody really highlighted upfront. Now, factoring in maintenance, property tax, and some minor fixes, my initial ROI calculations feel off. Are others finding the same? What kind of rental yield are you guys getting from 2BHKs or 3BHKs here? And for future, what's the general sentiment on resale liquidity for Celestia Royal in 5-7 years? Thinking about my exit strategy already, tbh.
Just moved into Omaxe Celestia Royal last month. Everyone talks amenities, but I'll say it: actual carpet area feels tiny. Is the layout super inefficient for a 3BHK? Change my mind.
