Is Orion One 32 actually priced fairly compared to nearby projects? Just got possession in March, and the society feels... quiet. I'm an investor, obviously looking at long-term gains, but worried about the end-user ratio here. Are there too many investor-owned flats? Not sure if that affects future rental yields or capital appreciation down the line. What's the real ground reality on how many people actually live here vs. just holding it? Any thoughts on its price per sqft?

Greater Noida's upcoming projects get hyped. But Purvanchal Sunbliss's future status feels like a pure gamble for 5-year ROI. Orion One 32, being ongoing, seems a much safer bet. Change my mind.
