Panchsheel Prime 390 Phase 3 — everyone glorifies the project but nobody talks about the actual construction quality. I work in real estate, I know how builders spin things. But buying for myself, I'm seeing cracks and bad fittings even before possession. Ye sab amenities ki photo toh dikhate hain, but clubhouse aur swimming pool kitna usable hota hai?
