For the past few months, I've been looking at investment options in Sohna. I'm based in Dubai so I can't do site inspections myself, making community feedback crucial. My main concern is long-term resale value and attracting good tenants. Regarding projects like Paramount Luxury Builder Floors 27, are the promised amenities, especially the clubhouse facilities, actually maintained and used daily, or do they become ghost facilities? How is the construction quality holding up? I worry about things like seepage or fitting issues showing up after a year. Do these premium amenities truly justify higher maintenance charges and actually drive rental premiums in Sohna? Any real-world experiences would help a lot.
