Perfect Apartment

Did another site visit to Perfect Apartment last Saturday and honestly, I'm just so frustrated. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. You know what builders don't tell you. The brochure showed amazing amenities, right? But the reality is something else. The 'clubhouse' is barely functional, and the pool's always closed for 'maintenance', matlab what are we paying for? And the maintenance charges... it's like ₹4.5 per sqft, way higher than promised, and for amenities that don't even work properly. Plus, the RWA feels totally disorganised, not really fostering any community vibe. It feels so isolated sometimes. Did anyone else face these issues with Perfect Apartment after moving in? What did you guys do about the maintenance hike and non-functional amenities?

Honestly, I'm finding it super tough to gauge construction quality just from site visits in Noida Extension. Perfect Apartment jaise projects mein builders kaafi promises karte hain. But after a year, kya real cracks aur seepage issues aate hain? I'm thinking long-term for rental income, so maintenance costs matter. Also, these fancy clubhouses, are they actually used by tenants ya bas show-off? Does it attract better tenants or just adds to the premium? Need real experiences.
