Honestly, I'm finding this New Delhi real estate market a total maze, especially being so far away. I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site visit easily and rely on community insights. Looking at Planner Metro View Floors (Ready to Move), the price range (₹28.58 L–₹1.12 Cr) seems okay. But what's the actual rental yield expectation wahan? Brokers are giving crazy high numbers, but I need ground reality. Kitna mil jaata hai 1BHK ya 2BHK ka kiraya? Also, since it's ready-to-move, is there a decent resale market already? Ya phir investors hi zyada hain? I don't want to get stuck later. Legal clarity is huge for me, iska RERA status bilkul clear hai? Koi hidden issues toh nahi hain with the builder ya OC? Any real experiences would be super helpful.
Did a site visit to Planner Metro View Floors last Saturday and honestly, I'm a bit confused. Brochure mein toh swimming pool, gym sab dikhaya tha, but jab poora project dekha, it felt so different. Jo gym hai, it's tiny, aur pool kaafi small lag raha tha. My parents keep saying amenities are important for resale, but are these even usable daily? Neighbouring areas mein schools, hospitals toh hain, but project ke andar ki facilities kaafi underwhelming lagi. Ready to move hai but feels like amenities are just for show, not actual use. Is it just me, or have others also felt this way about their amenities? Matlab, is it genuinely a good place to live daily, ya bas brochure achha hai?
