The video title says '2026'. Is that a general location outlook or a possible possession date? I'm not sure if Prestige usually delivers on time. What's your experience with their project timelines?

Looks good on paper, but I'm really wondering about the possession timeline. For a plotted development, are Prestige's delivery dates usually met? My budget means I can't afford endless delays. What do you guys think?
