Brochure mein amenities aur location toh acchi dikhti hai but I'm really thinking about long-term value. Is area mein resale market kaisa hai? Kitni jaldi properties bikti hain aur kya appreciation potential hai? My parents kehte hain ki location sabse important hai for resale, so is this Prithvi East Avenue Grand area strong enough for good ROI down the line? Are these layouts genuinely efficient for daily living, or is it just good on paper? Honestly, where do you even put a proper dining table or enough storage without it feeling cramped? I need a real home, not just an asset. Also, what's the actual society vibe there? Is it friendly, or does everyone just keep to themselves? I don't want to feel isolated. Disagree? Tell me why.

Prithvi East Avenue Grand ka delivery track record sunke tension ho rahi hai. Builder ne bola tha time pe milega, ab toh lagta nahi. Meri EMI start ho jayegi, but possession ka kya? Investor hu, ROI aur capital appreciation ka kya hoga? Anyone facing same issue?
