Provident Botanico

Whitefield — been looking at properties near here for my upgrade to a 3BHK. Currently in a 2BHK, but thinking of a bigger place, maybe even a villa. Dekho, I'm checking out Provident Botanico, the project looks good on paper, amenities bhi mast dikhte hain. But my main worry is construction quality. Does anyone who bought there, ya fir nearby projects, face issues like cracks, seepage after a year? Matlab, after paying so much, will it impact resale value or tenant attraction? Also, maintenance charges for these fancy clubhouses... are they worth it? Yaar, sometimes I feel like yeh sab just for show hai. Is the premium justified for an investor like me?

Honestly, I'm losing sleep over this Provident Botanico investment from Dubai. Builder ka delivery track record kaisa hai? Will I see good ROI ya just delays? Resale market mein liquidity hai kya?
