Puravankara New Launch Talaghattapura

Saw the Purva Silversky video, the one in Electronic City. Those 3 & 4 BHKs look quite spacious, aur location bhi Hebbagodi bata rahe hain. I'm actually looking at Puravankara's new launch in Talaghattapura. Builder same hai, toh I'm curious. Has anyone here invested with Puravankara before? Kaisa experience raha? Construction quality aur delivery ka kya scene hai? Any honest feedback on their projects, good or bad?
