Purva Sparkling Springs mein construction quality kaafi hit-or-miss lag rahi hai. Just moved in like 3 months back, aur already kuch cracks dikh rahe hain, fittings bhi loose ho rahe hain. Bahut tension ho rahi hai, yaar. Long-term investment ke liye yeh sab theek hai kya? Future resale value par impact hoga na? Aur jo amenities brochure mein dikhaye the, unka actual use kitna hai? Maintenance charges bhi kaafi high hain, but service utni achi nahi lagti. Is it worth paying extra for amenities if they're not fully delivered or maintained? Kya tenants ko attract karne mein problem hogi?
Did a site visit to Purva Sparkling Springs, and it's quite something. I'm upgrading from a 2BHK to a villa. Price ₹5.46 Cr+ seems steep. Capital appreciation kaisa hai? Pre-launch se kitna increase hua hai? Investor ratio kitna hai, ghost society toh nahi? Resale potential aur rental yield kya hai? Is this premium justified for ROI?
