Since it's completed, kya ismein abhi bhi capital appreciation ka scope hai? Launch se kitna move hua hai? Aur Noida Extension mein rental yield kya expected hai for a 2BHK there? Log kya expect kar rahe hain monthly? Is project ka resale market kaisa hai, liquid hai kya?

Visited Radicon Vedantam Phase 2. As a broker, I scrutinize carpet area efficiency. Builders play super area games. Is the actual living space good daily, or just on paper? What's the real daily life like?

For Mahagun Mywoods, what's the actual total cost of ownership after stamp duty, registration, and interiors? Is the quoted price realistic or are there many hidden charges? And for Radicon Vedantam, given its wide price range, how's the 5-year appreciation looking? Is one a clearly better investment than the other for capital gains? Any thoughts on maintenance charges for either? Don't want surprises later.
