Visited Rajendra Golden Homz last week. Saw some finishing issues. Does poor construction quality seriously impact future resale value or tenant attraction? Are clubhouse amenities just for show, not actual investment returns?
Guys, I'm confused between Rajendra Golden Homz and Levitate Sai Vatika in Noida. Levitate is ready to move, but what about construction quality? Rajendra Golden Homz ka location wise kya scene hai? Which one has better ROI, considering the price difference? Kya kisi ne Levitate mein maintenance charges pata hai?
