Rani Akriti Shantiniketan mein actual rental yield kitna mil raha hai? I'm based in Dubai, so can't do a site inspection myself, relying on community input. Considering this completed project for investment, but worried about managing it remotely. Is the resale market liquid enough for a good exit in 5-7 years? Also, investor ratio vs end-user ka kya scene hai yahan? Don't want a ghost society. Need ground reality on rental income and future appreciation. What's the real picture?
