Okay I'll say what no one says – everyone talks about Rawat Gaurav Luxurious Floors being 'luxurious' but is it actually good for daily living? My parents keep pushing it, saying it's a 'good address.' Honestly, I'm more worried about the noise levels and air quality near Saket. Are the amenities actually useful or just for show? Not sure if the premium price is justified just for a brand name. Change my mind.
