Okay I'll be honest — I'm completely lost trying to figure out if promised amenities ever actually materialize. Looking at Regal Heights, Noida Extension, the brochure looks amazing. Are clubhouses truly used, or just for show? Does construction quality, like seepage or fittings, hold up after a year? My parents keep saying to check maintenance charges too. Is it value for money?

Budget finalised, loan pre-approved. Confused between Skydeck Westend (UC) and Regal Heights (RTM). Regal Heights mein ready ka premium dena sahi hai ya Skydeck Westend mein UC risk le lein? Builder ka track record kaisa hai dono projects mein, especially delivery pe? Community ka kya opinion hai?

₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in Regal Heights — I'm seriously considering it for my first home. Project completed hai, but I'm worried about the actual living experience. Brochure mein amenities bohot dikhate hain, but are they useful? Yaar, swimming pool aur gym ka maintenance bhi kitna aata hoga monthly? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai?
