I need at least a 3BHK for the kids, and my wife's priority is a safe, established neighborhood. Is the extra space in AVP really worth the extra EMI? Plus, Aashiana is already built and OC received. Change my mind. Possession risk is something I can't afford right now. What is the appreciation potential though?
