Did a site visit to Rise Organic Ghar yesterday. 3BHK dekha wahan ka, carpet area thoda kam laga for a family upgrade. Jo log already move in kar chuke hain, unka actual living space experience kaisa hai? Kya genuinely usable hai ya sirf numbers pe acha lagta hai? Currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, so space is key. Any possession experience issues bhi share kar sakte ho?
₹45L for a 2BHK in Rise Organic Ghar seems steep now. I've seen prices barely move in 2 years. Is the resale market really that slow there? What kind of rental yield are people actually getting? From my experience, capital appreciation looks limited. Wondering about exit strategy.
