Got possession of my 2BHK in RK Krishna Enclave Phase 4 about two months back. Honestly, the rental yields I'm seeing are lower than projected; barely covering EMI. Resale seems slow too, not many inquiries. Was expecting better capital appreciation post-completion. Anyone else feel the market here isn't as liquid as promised for investors?
Ghaziabad mein RK Krishna Enclave Phase 4 ya MR Delhi 99, kiski total cost of ownership kam padti hai? Mera budget ₹80L tak hai, so dono options mein hain. Price ke alawa stamp duty, maintenance wagera ka kya scene hai? Aur 5 saal baad kis mein better appreciation mil sakta hai? Family ke liye dekh raha hoon, toh resale value bhi important hai. Any actual experiences?
Is it just me, or are builders in Ghaziabad always hiding extra costs? Panchsheel Primrose mein dekha tha, bolte kuch aur hain, but jab total cost calculate karo toh maintenance aur society charges itne upar chale jaate hain. My kids have moved out, I just want something manageable. RK Krishna Enclave Phase 4 mein bhi yahi scene hai kya? Matlab, for a compact flat, itna kharcha kaise?
