Is ROF Aalayas Phase 2 really a good bet for rental income, ya fir sab hype hai? I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest back home, but can't do site inspections easily. Everyone talks about the low entry price, but for investors, kya actual rental yield mil rahi hai? I'm seeing figures online but want to know real-world numbers. Is it even worth the hassle of finding a property manager and dealing with power of attorney for this segment? Honestly, I'm worried about the resale market too. With so many units in affordable housing, is there a decent secondary market for ROF Aalayas Phase 2, or will it be tough to exit after 5-7 years? Also, is it mostly investor-owned or genuine end-users? Don't want to buy into a ghost society. Change my mind if I'm wrong, please.
