Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – but construction quality ka issue investor ROI pe bahut impact karta hai. ROF Aalayas Phase 2 dekh raha tha, but from my experience, promised amenities often don't deliver, and shoddy build means high long-term maintenance. I always check plumbing lines and electrical wiring during site visits, not just the finish. Yeh sab resale value aur tenant attraction ko affect karta hai. Any other specific checks for quality that you guys do?
