The brochure for ROF Insignia Park 88 was completely misleading about the kids' facilities. We booked a 3BHK there thinking the play areas and dedicated activity zones would be great for our children. But now, with possession nearing, it feels like half of it is just on paper. My wife's priority was always a safe, engaging community for the kids. Is anyone else finding the actual amenity quality really different from what was shown? Honestly, it's making me rethink the whole move. What did others experience regarding promised amenities versus reality?
ROF Insignia Park 88 ka delivery track record kitna unreliable hai? My ROI calculations are shaky. Resale market mein kya scene hoga? Kisi aur ne builder ke delays jhele hain?
Been looking for 6 months now and it's getting exhausting. I work in real estate, but khud ke liye buy karna is a different game, you know? ROF Insignia Park 88 aur Trinity Sky Palazzo Residences Sohna mein short-listed hain. ROF ka advertised price vs final cost, kitna difference aata hai? Trinity, being upcoming, mein pre-launch deals ke peeche hidden charges kya hain? Total cost of ownership (TCO) including stamp duty, PLC, aur maintenance for both projects, kya expect karoon? Aur Trinity mein investor ratio high hone ka risk hai kya? Ghost society nahi chahiye yaar.
Under-construction projects in Sohna are a nightmare, seriously. Got possession of my ROF Insignia Park 88 unit last month. The hidden charges for PLC and club membership are insane; brochure showed one thing, reality's different. My final cost per sqft is way higher than advertised. Anyone else dealing with this? Was Surendra Home 67 more transparent with their total cost of ownership? Or is this just how it is in Sohna?
