The 'all-inclusive' price builders quote is such a joke, especially for ready properties in Greater Noida. I'm torn between Rudransh Green Vista and JM Orchid. Rudransh ka price point theek lagta hai, but JM Orchid ke liye they're quoting high. After all the hidden charges, maintenance, aur phir super area vs carpet area ka game, kya actual value mil rahi hai? RWA ka bhi scene samajh nahi aata, kitna active hai and what are their charges? Anyone bought in these, especially about the actual total cost and RWA experience?
I'm finally taking the plunge, fed up of renting yaar. Landlord raised rent again, can't keep paying someone else's EMI. Looking at Greater Noida, Rudransh Green Vista and Ansal Sushant Serene Residency towers. Both are completed, which is a big relief, no under-construction gamble. But what’s the *real* total cost of ownership for these? Advertised prices toh alag hote hain, but stamp duty, registration, maintenance, interiors — kitna extra lag jaata hai? Also, for rental potential, which one do you think would be better? Matlab, tenants kisko prefer karenge? Aur in builders ka track record kaisa hai after possession? Any insights on actual maintenance charges and society formation?
After 7 years of renting, I'm finally taking the plunge. My landlord hiked rent again, so I'm done. Looking at completed projects in Greater Noida: Greno Green Residency and Rudransh Green Vista. Greno Green seems pricier. Is its total cost of ownership actually better though, considering maintenance, stamp duty, and any hidden charges for ready flats? Rudransh looks more affordable upfront. Which has better 2BHK rental potential? Also, do either have strong RWAs or lingering post-possession issues, even if complete?
Greater Noida properties mein investment dekh raha hoon, main Dubai mein hoon. Rudransh Green Vista ready-to-move hai, feels safer. Godrej Woods Phase 3 under-construction hai, price bhi high. Honestly, not sure if UC worth the risk for 5-year appreciation when I can't visit. Property manager pe kitna rely kar sakte hain for UC projects?
