I feel many new projects in Pune compromise on actual usable space for fancy layouts. We're upgrading to a 3BHK for our growing family, eyeing S And S Windsor Tower. My wife is really worried about the kids' school commute and if the neighborhood is genuinely safe for them. The carpet area looks a bit small for a 3BHK at this price point. Not sure if it'll feel cramped long-term. Anyone living there already? How's the actual livability, not just the brochure view? Society ka vibe kaise hai?

Finally visited S And S Windsor Tower yesterday. Fed up of renting, landlord ne rent badha diya phir se, so thinking of taking the plunge. The 2BHK is around ₹1.4 Cr, which is a huge step. On paper, amenities look great, but are they actually useful? Like, gym aur pool ka real maintenance aur accessibility kaisa hai? Aur neighborhood mein schools, daily needs ke liye convenience kitni hai? Is it genuinely a good family home ya just good on paper? EMI vs rent ka hisaab lagana mushkil ho raha hai.
