Kya Saheel Code Name Hinjewadi Phase 3 mein advertised price aur final cost mein bahut difference hai? My last 2BHK purchase mein hidden charges aur PLC ne mera budget itna bigaad diya tha, I'm really frustrated. Ab I'm looking to upgrade to a 3BHK from my current Wakad flat, thinking of Saheel Hinjewadi ya Harivishva Skyfinia Phase 1. Saheel ongoing hai, Harivishva upcoming. Matlab, Harivishva mein possession delay ka risk zyada hai, right? Builder ka track record bhi important hai. Saheel ka final cost, including all extras, kitna jaa sakta hai? Aur Harivishva ke liye kya expectations rakhni chahiye regarding hidden costs? Is the price jump for a 3BHK worth it with all these uncertainties? Koi apna experience share kar sakta hai kya?
Did a site visit to Saheel Code Name Hinjewadi Phase 3 last Saturday. Brochure looks good, but I'm looking at it purely from an investment lens for a 3BHK. What's the real rental yield people are seeing there? And the capital appreciation? I'm already in a 2BHK, thinking of this for long-term wealth. Is the resale market liquid enough, or will I be stuck? Any idea about the investor vs. end-user ratio? Don't want a ghost society. Real experiences needed before I commit.
Been looking at projects for ages, and Saheel Code Name Hinjewadi Phase 3 keeps popping up. I work in real estate, so I know the sales pitch, but buying for myself is different. For those who've visited or know residents, is it genuinely good for daily living, or just looks good on brochures? What about the amenities – are they actually usable or just showpieces? And the neighbourhood, yaar, how's the connectivity to schools and markets? Not sure if the commute from there to the IT park is a daily headache.
