Okay I'll be honest — I'm getting confused looking at different projects. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 75, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm looking at Sai Elite Galaxy and JKG Palm Court. Palm Court mein toh prices are like 75L to 1.4Cr, is that price jump really worth it though? Has anyone actually lived in either of these? I'm already paying an EMI, so the total cost is a big factor for me. Which one offers better carpet area per rupee spent? Also, kya kisi ko pata hai about the builder trust factor for these projects? Finally, resale value wise, which one is a better bet for the future, considering I might need to sell in 5-6 years?

I'm based in Dubai, looking at Noida for investment. Amrapali Crystal Homes is ready to move, but Sai Elite Galaxy looks cheaper per sqft. Can't do a site inspection myself, worried about quality. Is ready-to-move worth the premium, or is it a gamble? Need property managers too. Thoughts?

Godrej Riverine is upcoming, toh price is high but possession risk kam hai. Sai Elite Galaxy is ready, but carpet area kitna milega? Honestly not sure which is better ROI. Is it worth the crazy price difference? Carpet area sahi hai kya, or just show off? Also, builder trust factor kiska better hai Noida mein? Mujhe advice chahiye bhaiyon. Change my mind if I'm wrong!
