I'm based in Dubai, so can't easily visit sites. Aashi Modern Apartment 2 looks good, but honestly, under-construction is risky. Sampada Shramdeep Apartments being ready to move reduces that risk significantly. What are your thoughts on actual carpet area vs advertised in Aashi? Need a property manager too.
Okay I'll say what no one says: Ajnara Ambrosia's green area is a lie. Sampada Shramdeep, though older, feels safer for the children. Change my mind. Which has better schools nearby?
Max Estate 128 II is upcoming, toh risk hai. Sampada Shramdeep is ready, but carpet area kam hai, suna hai. Which one is better for investment, ya phir family ke liye? Batao bhai!
Okay I'll be honest—I'm thinking of upgrading. Currently in a 2BHK. Saw Capital Ultratechomes Aryavan Residency. Looks decent, but Sampada Shramdeep Apartments are ready to move. Which has better resale, longer term? Is OC from Capital Ultratechomes Aryavan Residency worth anything? Family shifting soon, so ready-to-move is tempting. Not sure tbh.
Fed up of renting. Looking at Max Estate 128 II and Sampada Shramdeep Apartments. Max Estate is upcoming, so lower initial cost, but possession is a gamble. Sampada is ready to move, but higher price. Is the lower risk worth the extra EMI? Which would you pick?
Just shifted to Noida last month. Property hunting was a mess, ngl. Was supposed to decide by Diwali. I was checking out Earth Towne initially, 'cause of the price point. Seemed affordable, but then the possession timeline was a big question mark. Who knows when they'll actually deliver, right? My cousin bought in an under-construction project 5 years back, abhi tak phase 1 bhi complete nahi hua. Sampada Shramdeep Apartments was ready to move, which was a huge plus. But the carpet area felt smaller compared to what they promised. Plus, old construction, so maintenance might be higher. Did anyone else compare these two? Which one do you think is a better investment for the next 5 years, considering rental potential bhi dekhna hai?
Guys, I'm confused between Sampada Shramdeep Apartments and Anchal Silver Oak Tower in Noida. Sampada is ready-to-move, which is a plus. Has anyone experienced living there? What's the maintenance like? Anchal Silver Oak is super expensive, almost 10-12Cr! Is it worth that price? What amenities justify that cost? Kya kisi ko pata hai, Anchal ka construction quality kaisa hai? I'm thinking long-term investment. Which one would give better ROI? Location-wise, which area is more convenient for daily commute? Mujhe advice chahiye, should I consider other options too? What do you think? Which one is better value for money? Not sure if I should stretch my budget so much. Any suggestions?
Mahagun Mantra I looks premium, but is it worth the high price? Sampada Shramdeep Apartments are ready to move, but location wise, which one is better connected? Kya kisi ko Mahagun mein maintenance charges ka idea hai? I'm confused about ROI potential. Mujhe advice chahiye! What do you think?
Hey everyone, I'm looking at properties in Noida. I've shortlisted Gulshan Botnia and Sampada Shramdeep Apartments. Botnia looks nice but it's priced between 1.30 Cr - 1.87 Cr. Is it worth the price difference compared to Sampada Shramdeep? Kya kisi ko dono projects ka idea hai? Location wise, which one has better connectivity? Metro se kitni doori hai? Also, what about the construction quality? Builder ka track record kaisa hai? I'm looking for a ready-to-move option, so both fit the bill. Which one would you recommend from an investment perspective? Mujhe advice chahiye. What do you think?
Looking at Sampada Shramdeep and First Golden Residency. Location-wise, which is more convenient? What do you think about the amenities offered by each? Has anyone experienced the resale value in these projects?
