Did a site visit to Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue last Saturday. Project completed hai, looks decent. I'm looking at it purely from an investment angle, not for self-use. My budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK. Honestly, I'm worried about the resale market here. Is it liquid enough? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal baad exit karna ho, toh buyers milenge easily? Also, what's the realistic rental yield in this society? Builder ka track record toh theek lag raha but I'm not sure about the capital appreciation post-completion. Has the price moved much since launch? Sun raha hoon investor ratio kaafi high hai, ghost society ka darr lag raha. Any actual owners or residents here, please share your experience. Your advice would be really helpful.
My lease ends in 3 months, and I'm honestly fed up of renting. Noida mein projects dekh raha tha, Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue aur Sethi Max Royal. I noticed unke floor plans mein carpet area kaafi different dikhta hai from actual usable space. Mera ek hack hai ki site visit pe measuring tape le jaao. Kya yeh sahi hai? Any other tips for checking carpet area reality?
Been looking at Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue for a smaller flat, kids have moved out. One thing I found: maintenance charges aren't just the advertised figure. Hidden costs for specific society services, like generator backup or elevator maintenance, often add up monthly. Builder initially yeh nahi batata. Anyone confirm this? What's the real total-cost?
₹1.36 Cr for a 2BHK at Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue seems like a decent entry point, but honestly, I'm trying to figure out the actual long-term ROI. My agent kehta hai ki appreciation bahut acchi hai, but kya current prices par bhi significant capital appreciation milega? It's a completed project, so delivery risk toh nahi hai. But I'm more curious about the rental yield reality. Anyone here owning a flat there? Kitna rent nikal jata hai for a 2 or 3 BHK? And the resale market, is it liquid enough? Matlab, agar 5-7 saal mein exit karna ho, toh easily buyers mil jaate hain kya? Ya fir it's more of a ghost society with high investor ratio? Parents keep saying invest in something that sells easily. So, just checking on the ground reality for Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue. Any tips on checking the actual resale potential beyond broker talks would be super helpful. Hope this helps someone else also looking at this project.
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved — ab stuck hoon kaunsa project dekhoon. Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue ready hai, toh tension kam hai. Par Skydeck Westend mein investment potential zyada lag raha. Ready-to-move mein hidden costs ka darr nahi, but under-construction mein appreciation better milega kya? Noida experts, kya suggest karte ho?
₹1.5 Cr for Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue versus almost half for Novel Homes. Crazy difference, right? I'm looking at both in Noida. Novel Homes is ready to move, which is a big plus, no tension of delays. But the carpet area in Samridhi seems much better for the price. My parents keep saying 'location matters', and Samridhi is in a supposedly better area. But is it *that* much better to justify double the cost? Also, Novel Homes ka maintenance charges kya scene hai? Heard some societies charge a bomb later on. Honestly not sure if I should stretch my budget so much. Anyone has experience with either? Which one would you pick for a family moving in?
That video ranking Noida Expressway projects for 2025 got me thinking! Samridhi Luxuriya Avenue was mentioned... anyone actually living there or know someone who is? Trying to decide if it's worth the hype for self-use. What's your take on the best places to live around here?
