Amenities in Ghaziabad projects are mostly for show-off, not actual use, change my mind. Builders promise big clubhouses and gyms, but possession pe sab adhoora hota hai. Ya phir maintenance charges itne high hote hain ki kaun hi use karega? Like Sare Saamag EWS and LIG type projects, they promise basic stuff, but sach mein kitna milta hai? As an investor, I'm thinking, does this even help with resale or attract good tenants? Ya sirf EMI badhata hai? Disagree? Tell me why.
Okay I'm totally fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally, I'm taking the plunge to buy in Ghaziabad, looking at investment properties. But yaar, construction quality ko lekar bahut tension hai. Builder jo brochure mein dikhate hain, kya actual mein wahi milta hai? I'm worried about cracks ya seepage after a year or two, which can kill resale value and tenant attraction. Honestly, Sare Saamag EWS And LIG jaise projects mein bhi quality ka doubt rehta hai. Also, amenities ka kya scene hai? Clubhouse, gym, swimming pool—yeh sab maintenance charges badha dete hain. But are they actually well-maintained and used, or just show-off? Kya in 'premium' amenities ka ROI mein sach mein koi impact hota hai, ya bas extra cost hai? Investors, apna experience share karo. How do you check quality before possession? What should I look out for?
