My EMI for Sattva Signet started, but project progress seems super slow. Broker ne bola tha 2 saal mein possession mil jaayega, ab lagta hai 3-4 saal bhi lag sakte hain. Builder ka track record pehle toh theek laga tha, par ab darr lag raha. Iska resale value kya hoga if delays continue? Secondary market mein liquidity ka kya scene hai? Anyone else facing this with Sattva Signet, ya main hi overthinking kar raha hoon?
Honestly, I'm in Dubai and frustrated with Sattva Signet's delivery timeline. Builder ka track record kya hai? Any updates on project completion? Worried about capital appreciation if late.
