Fed up of renting, landlord raised rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Saviour Myra in Ghaziabad looks decent on paper, price range ₹40-50L seems okay. But is it actually good to live in daily? Yaar, amenities ka kya scene hai, woh swimming pool, gym sab kaam karte hain ya bas showpiece hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? Friendly logon se milna hota hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Any residents here, please share your real experience post-possession. EMI vs rent math is almost clear, just need ground reality.
Completed projects often hide high investor ratios. Saviour Myra mein rental yield kitna mil sakta hai? End-users kitne hain wahan? Capital appreciation ka kya outlook hai long-term ke liye?
Fed up of renting, I'm seriously looking at investing in a property in Ghaziabad now. Saviour Myra (completed project) caught my eye, price range is around ₹40-50L for a 2BHK. As an investor, I'm really keen on understanding its resale value and capital appreciation. Kya lagta hai, is there good appreciation potential left, ya phir already saturated ho gaya hai? Also, rental yield kaisa hai idhar? What kind of monthly rent can one realistically expect? Resale market kitna liquid hai, matlab kitni jaldi bech sakte hain if needed? Any actual experiences with this project for investment? Should I consider it for long-term wealth creation?
Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated how confusing this process is. I'm in a 2BHK, upgrading to a 3BHK. Price jump feels huge, with an existing home loan, EMI ka tension hai. I'm comparing Saviour Myra (completed) and Rudra Sera Bella (ongoing). Myra is ready, no possession risk. But Rudra Sera Bella, under-construction, might offer more appreciation in 5 years, right? Or is it a gamble? Which is a better long-term investment? Is Myra's peace of mind worth it, ya Rudra Sera Bella mein risk sahi hai? Share experiences with these builders.
Ghaziabad mein finally apna ghar lene ka soch raha hoon, yaar. Fed up of renting now, EMI vs rent math doesn't make sense anymore. Dekh raha hoon Sri Sri Homz Independent Floors and Saviour Myra. Sri Sri Homz ka total cost of ownership kaafi high lag raha hai, registration, stamp duty sab mila ke. Matlab, woh price range bahut upar hai. Saviour Myra thoda budget friendly hai. Kya Saviour Myra mein rental potential accha hoga? Aur floor plan wise, kismein better usable space milti hai? Any thoughts on maintenance charges for both? Confused hoon, which one to pick for family living.
