Are the amenities like the clubhouse and sports facilities genuinely usable, or just there for OC? What's the real vibe of the community there? How are the local schools and markets nearby? Not just what's promised, but what's actually accessible. My budget is around 2.2 Cr, so this is a big decision, need honest opinions.

Just want to know if this premium is justified for all this stress. Should I push harder for compensation or just wait it out?
