India's First Real Estate Community

Is Shriram Chirping Grove actually good for families, or just marketing hype? I'm in real estate, so I know how brochures can look. But buying for myself, I'm really looking at daily livability. Are the amenities like the clubhouse and sports facilities genuinely usable, or just there for OC? What's the real vibe of the community there? How are the local schools and markets nearby? Not just what's promised, but what's actually accessible. My budget is around 2.2 Cr, so this is a big decision, need honest opinions.
Visited Shriram Chirping Grove last weekend. Builder ki past delays sunke tension ho rahi hai. Possession timeline ka kya scene hai? My ROI calculations totally depend on timely delivery. Anyone else facing this uncertainty?
Been tracking Bengaluru real estate for over a decade, and I'm finally buying for myself. Honestly, it's tougher than selling! I'm stuck between Sumadhura Sarang Phase 1 and Shriram Chirping Grove. Both are ongoing, which makes me nervous about possession timelines. Everyone glorifies Sumadhura's finish, but their 'ongoing' status for Sarang makes me question delivery. Shriram, you kinda know what you're getting, but are they actually better on promises? For a 5-year appreciation, which one has more steam left? I see the super area games, but for actual ROI, is Chirping Grove's slightly higher entry point justified? Off the record, I'm leaning Shriram for stability. Change my mind.
Shriram Chirping Grove – I'm really starting to question if we made the right choice here. Currently in a 2BHK in Marathahalli, trying to upgrade to a 3BHK and thought this was it. The possession date they promised initially was almost a year ago. Now it's just constant new dates, no solid communication. We've already got a home loan running for the new place, and still paying rent for our current one. This double EMI situation is killing us, yaar. Is this normal for Shriram? The brochure looked so good, all those amenities... but what good are they if we can't even move in? Are others facing similar delays with Chirping Grove? Or with Shriram generally? Just want to know if this premium is justified for all this stress. Should I push harder for compensation or just wait it out? Any advice on dealing with these kind of builder delays would be super helpful.
